An Engineer+ MBA by profession. He is interested in studying an ancient Indian technique of meditation, how various religions have used meditation for health, mind management and happiness for centuries.

He started studying this subject in detail as a passion and then realized that the Indian culture has used it for spiritual growth for many generations. However, as of today, on large scale, the typical  attitude of  young people  is tilted towards blind faith, superstition, and quick fix solutions .

Everyone has problems in life. These problems fall into three main  categories, Money- Relationship- Health.  We get desperate when problems arise in any of these areas.  Ultimately all three  lead towards financial losses.  These problems were there 2500 years ago ( at the time of Gautam Buddha), now and will remain in future. Kishna, Gautam Buddha,  Jesus Christ and many  told people to control the mind for happy life.  Perhaps they were the greatest psychologists and their teaching is still valid.  However today, we do not want to see into our own minds as we feel we don’t have time or it is useless to do so. This is one of the reasons for generating stress.

 About the stress management training programs:  Stress Management training programs  are based on  YMEI (Yoga exercises, Meditation, Emotional Intelligence). The results are astonishing.  It is effective on psychosomatic disorders, anxiety, chronic health and stress related problems. The process of stress management starts with slowing down speed, bringing in awareness in all activities, introspection etc.

Yoga: Stress gets accumulated in joints, muscles and glands. Everyone has a unique body and unique stress accumulation points. Simple, gentle stretching exercises help in rejuvenating body.

Meditation: During meditation one is always thoughtless, attuned with the universal energy.  And at  this stage of pure consciousness, there is neither negativity nor stress and  the relaxation takes place.
