    • How effective is MBSR? What precautions are necessary ?
      • MBSR stands for Mindfulness based stress reduction. We need to give moment to moment awareness or complete owning each moment. Different religions/ cultures name it differently.
      • It is trying to be in present, neither past nor future.
      • It requires regular, disciplined  practice
      • Practicing mindfulness can lead  to relaxation, calmness and insight within  yourself.
    • Can I get relief from pain?
      • You need to evaluate what pain is bothering you more. Physical or mental.
      • The best way to start with no expectations from the effort. You have to do it passively.  The degree of relief based on many factors.
      • If you do it rightly you can manage the pain if not reduce or eliminate it completely.
    • Is meditation necessary
      • It’s the way to be close to your soul, it’s a dimension when the creation of thoughts ceases. You are into timelessness.
      • The joy of meditation can be known only by performing it.
      • Its practice to be performed regularly and not only when you are in problem.
    •  How MBSR works ?
      • During meditation you are with only one thing of your own that is your breath. So in real life the same breath accompanies you with its variation based on in which circumstance you are going.
      • Your perception changes and you look at the problem as a whole and not separately.
      • When keep your head cool and succumbed to pressure you have many options open for evaluation. Pressure blocks your working memory.
      • You start accepting many things openly and when you accept the fight ends there.
    • What is done in one to one counselling
      • Mapping your thinking process that led you to this pain. when you can’t change the surrounding or situation, you can definitely change your self and adapt the change.
      • How to change, what is bothering you, the best way, new thinking patterns, meditation, will be taught.
